Aspects support services are designed to ensure that the maximum benefits are gained from the efficient use of Aspects' testing tools. Our experienced support team is available to provide technical support, advice and guidance for the SmartStation3 hardware platform and the comprehensive software range.

Aspects provides two levels of support — Gold and Blue — with each package designed to give you a level and type of support to meet different requirements.

Aspects Gold support provides significant added value with the automatic despatch of software upgrades giving full access to the latest software features and enhancements. A Gold support contract also provides access to periodic Standards updates, thus ensuring that Aspects testing tools are in line with the latest available 3GPP and ETSI Standards.

In addition to Gold and Blue support, Aspects can provide tailored consultancy. Our practical consultancy can augment the remote support provided and ensure that the tools are used in the most appropriate way and the maximum benefit gained.

The complexity of the smart card industry and its many formal standards should not be underestimated. Your team needs to understand every aspect of the specifications and testing techniques with which they work. Aspects offer training that enables engineers to fully exploit their skills within the smart card industry. We offer product training, but also training on GSM and 3G standards, and how to perform GSM and 3G testing.
